More and more consumers are discovering Gårdens, which we are incredibly pleased about. At the same time, this also presents challenges, as we collaborate with small-scale producers whose production is limited. This is something we do not want to compromise on; on the contrary, small-scale craftsmanship and respect for nature's pace are at the very heart of what we do.
