We are looking for producers who prioritise quality over quantity and who work with care regarding both raw materials and animal welfare. Preferably organic, always without unnecessary additives, and with a focus on flavour, craftsmanship, and sustainable production. At the moment, we have a particular interest in producers of grass-fed beef, free-range eggs, and lamb, but we are open to other types of products from producers who share our values. (Gårdens)
